These little guys pack a lot of punch in how good they are for you. They’re wonderful to top off salads, sandwiches, almost anything! Wanna know why they are so awesome? They reduce the risk of breast cancer, fight diabetes by lowering blood glucose levels, help prevent osteoporosis, combat cholesterol, are filled with Vitamin C and chock full of antioxidants and other anti-aging agents. And ladies, you may find it hard to believe, but alfalfa sprouts minimize menopause symptoms and excessive menstruation. They’re tasty, too!
