Topically, yogurt has many uses! It’s a great moisturizer for your skin and hair, and even fights acne! “Whaaaat!” you might say, but probiotic yogurt supports healthy digestion, and lowers the risk of Type 2 Diabetes and Colorectal Cancer, too. It actually increases your bone density and helps prevent osteoporosis. Eating probiotic yogurt boosts your immune system, supports weight loss, increases fat loss, reduces high blood pressure, reduces bad cholesterol, helps regulate your mood, and may help treat chronic pain and brain-related illnesses. Crazy huh?
