You won’t believe it, but this “dessert” is packed with protein and is engineered to relieve bloating. Want it chilled to perfection for a hot summer day? Just add ice! You’ll get a lot of energy from this recipe. Under 300 calories per serving. 🙂
For 4 servings you will need:
- 3 Ripe Bananas (optional: save some slices for garnish)
- 1 Fresh Cucumber (peeled)
- Fresh Ginger (1 inch piece, grated)
- 3 Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Yogurt (optional: save 4 dollops for garnish)
- 1/2 c. Silk Protein Nut Milk
- Cinnamon
- 1/2 ts. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 c. Organic Cacao Nibs
Directions:
In a food processor, add the banana + cucumber + milk + ginger + yogurt + vanilla extract + cacao nibs. Blend until smooth.
If choosing to use the garnishes, add a dollop of yogurt per serving, then a sprinkle of cinnamon, then the banana slices. I know you’ll enjoy this amazing smoothie. It definitely will satisfy your sweet tooth! 🙂
