- 2 Avocados
- 2 Tb. Fresh Thai Basil * or regular basil
- 1/2 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 c. Fresh Mozarrella
- Ground Black Pepper + Italian Seasoning + Salt
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Avocado Oil * or extra virgin olive oil
Chop the fresh ingredients and place in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the spices + vinegar + oil to taste.
